I've always had that condition even before the antidepressants, only the Zoloft increased it a little bit. I remember a simple test my ophtalmologist conducted in order to rule out a neurological disorder. he got te enlarged pupil to contract again with an eye drop, I don't remember the name. If my pupil had remained enlarged he would have ordered further tests but it wasn't necessary. It's a bummer, though, sometimes it's hard to focus. When I stopped taking the Zoloft it became less frequent.
