How much SAMe do you take, TjnGiz? No noticeable side-effects? What are the plain effects for that matter? I take 400mg, and eventually added 50mg of 5htp...suddenly, over the past few days I've felt catatonic...completely disaffected. Maybe its the 5htp?
Sorry to piggyback on your post, jazzmatazz...didn't really intend to. Maybe something like SAMe or 5htp is worth trying though. My experience is the ONLY bad one I know of so far. Keeping busy definitely helps me as well...exercise is another...and sex too...what's nice is that the latter combines all three
Perhaps try lexapro before the natural supplements? I've tried several SSRI's and had the best luck with lexapro - I've heard the same from many people. Good luck
