New years party made me feel normal again

Ive just been to a new years party and feel so good. This has been better than any medication, just having a few beers and socialising makes a hell lot of diffrence and i hope i still feel the same tommor. Its rare that i get the chance to be social but i really do feel great. From severe deppression to being extremely happy in a matter of 6 hours is a breakthrough for me. Earlier when getting invited i was not going to go but im sure glad i did, my problem is just probely lonlyness but now i know that it can change. I really do reckomend socialising no matter how bad you feel because trust me it makes a big diffrence. I also have SA but somehow tonight i have felt normal again and i wish the same upon you all.

best wishes sam.

Nice one... whenever I either go out, go on vacation, etc its a huge antidepressant... socialising and changing the scenery work wonders... but sometimes we cant do them all the time and need something to help us during the inbetween or the "basal" levels.

Re: New years party made me feel normal again

Prince, I am really happy for you! There were many reasons why last night worked really well for you. With some thought (if you are interested) you might be able to figure out the recipe and use it again in the future.
