the last couple of days i have had some bouts of anger. i don't know where they come from. i know i have been down more the last week or so. almost a pms type of feeling. up and down. anxiety is higher and depression worse. went off on my husband the other night like i haven't done in awhile. there was some justification for my anger but could have confronted him better. it almost feels like rage instead of normal anger. i don't like it. am thinking about taking celexa. hopefully to even out my moods. am taking buspar but have had some of the intrusive thoughts the last few days. maybe to much stress over holidays and family gatherings. i am tired of crying part of every day. am tired of feeling this way. last year at this time i was doing pretty well. it's been months since i have felt near normal. thanks for reading this.

It is always important to look at the outside forces that surround you and how they may be effecting you before considering a med change. You named the two big ones in the holidays and family but what about the weather? has the sun been up? How long have you been on the med?

i do have seasonal affective disorder and we have had 1 sunny day in the last 6. i went to the zoo with our grandaughter that day. i have a light but i don't use it as often as i should. i am on 60 mg of buspar for anxiety. it helps stop intrusive thoughts. i would love to feel close to normal for a change. whatever that is. sorry for 2 posts. it took along time for the first one to come up.

The stress of the Holidays and maybe too much company put you over the edge. Check with your Doctor and see what he/she thinks and go from there. Hope you get to feeling better soon.
