if sleep is one of your issues, then you may wanna listen up....i did a lot of searching for a natural way t0 fall asleep,, sta y asleep, and wake up feeling like i've rested well......it's been mentioned on this forum befrore, but being 'the skeptic i am. i bought some and threw it in the back of a drawer.
2 nights ago i as absolutely desparate for some sleep and remembered that i had bought some valarian rootl......so i'm thinking, what the hell have i got to loose? it['s a stinky little bugger but after you swallow it there was no aftertaste. within 15 (fifteen) minutes i actually felt my legs start to relax and i was breating quietly and calmly as a baby. i know for a fact that it was the herb as i had taken nothing else that evening....it was such a wonder to watch my legs go from flailing all over the bed to resting so comfortably. i'm gonna do some more research on other topics that doc
's seem to throw pills at....maybe i can come up with a couple more natural products and ditch some of these high powered chemicals i am on. more suggestions are welcomed with arms wide opened.....please write any pearls of wisdom.......thank you so much in return,...................peace
