Which do you all think are the worst meds for making you gain weight?

I have been on all of them, and I am still on Lamictal, Abilify and Lexapro.

Prior to that I was tried on just about every anti-depressant there is. Which of course started the weight gain!

If anyone knows which are the worst, I would appreciate it.

Thanks guys, I am in recovery now, and feeling really good.

I wish this for all of you as well.

I've heard that Lexapro causes weight gain...

I've tried tons of antidepressants... Haven't paid attention to whether they made me gain weight, though...

My sister took Paxil and said that made her gain...

I'm recovering too!! Yeah to you!

I know someone who has been on Lexapro who was somewhat overweight when she started it and has lost 35 pounds by eating right. It responds differently to different people

I gained on Prozac, Zoloft and Lexapro......
Before I started taking SSRI's I was THIN my whole life, for the last ten years- NOT! I'm still on Lexpro.
Its a trade off my mind, for some extra weight!
