Hi: Welcome to the board. Paxil is one of the stongest antidepressants out there and to be quite honest does not have the best reputation. Side effects could be headache, tremor, weight gain/loss, dry mouth, sweating. Side effects differ from person to person some get all of them others nothing the first four weeks is when you will notice them. I can't remember when to take it. This is one of those drugs that either it is not going to work or it is going to work really well.
