I can't concentrate - is it the Lexapro?

I've had a depression/anxiety problem for quite a while now. I started taking Lexapro (10mg) about a month ago I think, and it didn't really help anything. Doc upped it to 20mg about two weeks ago. I'm not on anything for the anxiety right now.

Anyway, the last few days it's been almost impossible for me to think about, remember, or concentrate on anything. I can't do simple math in my head, I've come really close to having two accidents while driving, and I couldn't remember my PIN at the ATM machine today. I just feel like a zombie I guess...it's hard to even write this post. It's almost like I'm really tired, but I'm wide awake.

Is it the Lexapro that's doing this to me?? Has anybody else felt like this? I know this can be a symptom of depression/anxiety, but I've had that for a long time and I've never felt like this before.
