Seeing that your dad and mom are divorcing, perhaps your dad will ask your sister if she wants to live with him?
Or, maybe she can ask your dad if she can live with him.
The possiblility of her being abused by those "dodgy men" is always there, and if your mom is bipolar and also an alcoholic, that's not a good combination--especially when she's obviously not getting help for her condition.
I would think the courts there would not allow your mom to keep any children so long as she remains in that state, because she is not taking care of herself, much less show the ability to properly take care and protect her child.
