Ive been seeing a therapist for about a month now and i dont feel like hes doing anything to really try and help me. he talks a lot and asks me questions, but doesnt seem to help me. he doesnt tell me things i should do when certain situations arise or anything of the sort. for my problems ive been told that cognitive therapy would help the best. i dont know exactly what cognitive therapy is and how it works. so i dont know if my therapist is doing that and the changes will come with time, or if he just sucks??
