How do you approach someone you love to get help if you think they are depressed?

Be caring, not nosy or pushy. Try to talk to them alone, one-on-one. Support them and let them know you are there for them, no matter what. Don't judge. Sometimes depressed people just need a caring, nonjudgmental ear.
