Sure, PMS and Prementrual depression are VERY common. Some experts say that you can reduce it by diet, but for me, chocolate is the only thing food that seems to help. Some antidepressants help, but they have other side effects too. You can find a lot of tips online.
It helps to KNOW that it's hormonal and temporary. Otherwise you start to blame situations and people in your life that are innocent. Keep your head and don't take it out on other people.
