Depression or OCD?

This is going to sound strange, but I have this strong compulsion to knock down things from the shelves at the grocery store. Like I'm talking an entire isle. The best isle would be the cereal isle. I know this sounds like a joke, but I've been having this desire for a while. I haven't actually acted on it yet, but I feel like once I do it I will feel better, like calm. What is this?
