I think that anyone that doesn't have outside interests can get that unmotivated feeling and want to just stay home. Sometimes I get that too.
The more you get yourself ready and get out of the house the less you'll feel like just sitting home.
The ticketman was right, walking does change the mental motivation. The whole oxygen in the brain thing.
Do you have a friend that would walk with you?
Also, if you could find someplace that you could volunteer, nursing homes, kids clubs, hospitals. Compassion for others changes your brain function too.
If you really want to change how you feel about staying home, you'll have to take some small steps in a different direction.
