I encountered a downward spiral in July/August, that is when Wellbutrin Xl was added to my existing script. I've since been back to my psychiatrist and he still has not started to reduce my Effexor. He said he would see how the next 6 weeks played out.
I'm O.K. with this as I am getting on the right track again, and that's where I want to be.
The downside of it is I have no insurance and thes 2 scripts alone cost me over $100.00 a month.
I'd be right back @ the docs on Monday to get this corrected and in the mean time I'd call a pharmacist and see what they suggest.
I'm on Effexor Xr 225mg and Wellburrin Xl 300mg, however I'm not sure what catagory the Cymbalta fits in. I know the Effexor works on my seritonin and the Wellbutrin works on the dopamine and also the nor epenephrine(sp?) I think. I'm not sure where the Cymbalta fits in but the pharmacist will help you.
