I've enjoyed a great summer, depression free (Finally!) But the weather is changing. We've had a few cool, cloudy days and I've felt my mood drop - even with the meds. What are you all doing to stay motivated as the days get shorter? I've spent a lot of the summer talking long walks in the sun and I think the sunlight has helped. I'm going to have to give this up as it gets cold outside. Any recommendations to help me make it though to spring?
The daily news about the economy terrifies me and is making me feel depressed and anxious. Somebody please tell me we're all going to be OK
