can depression and ocd make a person view situations in life differently from someone who has none of these mental conditions example (i have done something i would not want people to know about and i get anxious that people will find out and if i see someone i know laughing in the street it must mean they know my secret or they mention a name or location that could be related to my secret it must mean they know is this part of my condition or is it posssible they know.
I suffer from both these conditions and a lot of my time is spent worrying that people do not like me even know i have had many friends over the years. i have been diagonosed and have hust started seeing a mental health doctor could you please help me with my question many thanks indeed.
