I am lonely, depressed, and miserable and I hated living in AZ for the 3 years I was there so I moved to Wichita which I really like but I’m still lonely and don’t know how to make friends. After 4 years on match.com I’m still alone. (I’m 61 and think of myself as a pretty nice guy and I’m not bad looking) I can’t sell my house in AZ so I’m thinking about moving back into it which really upsets me not to mention losing $10K on this trip to Wichita. I have to give my mothers house back, she died this year and all together if I lower my house price any more I will be losing over $100K so I don’t know what to do. (I’ve been on disability for the last 5 years from a bad back) I go to the store and look at buying bread for 15 minutes and at the end I just close my eyes and grab a loaf. I really need some input because I’m sitting here crying not knowing what to do with myself.

Hello golden039. I have trouble making decisions sometimes too. Sorry about the house and all the moving involved. As you well know the housing market is way down in most areas. But I think in Texas the economy is a little better, but I'm no analyst. Just go on what I've heard.

Golden039, you never mentioned anything about any doctor or if you are taking any medication. If you feel you are depressed I can only suggest for you to go in and get an evaluation from a doctor. Sounds like to me you should make an appointment soon.

There are questionnaires on the net to see if you are depressed. Or maybe you have already decided that you are depressed. I'm not a doctor, but having a hard time making decisions might be related to OCD....I think.

Indecision is classic depression..... Sounds like you have a lot on your plate. Perhaps a counselor can help you.
