what signs can you look for to see if someone is suffering from
deppresion?

Some depression signs include:
- loss of interest in general hobbies
- lack/excess eating
- more negative thoughts than usual
- reduction in social interests

Everyone's different, some show textbook symptoms and others keep everything to themselves but a general lost of interest in 'everything' is a main symptom.

It's a UK one as well so it's not quite as dramatic as some of the others but google really is your best friend for finding out general info and of course there's boards such as these which always welcome questions.
