How have you been? I just wanted to thank you for the link to the meditation site (I borrowed the link from your message to 2curious). I have been doing yoga and want to also get involved in meditation. It's all so relaxing. Anyway thanks for the site it was very informative.
I am glad you found the link helpful. I find that meditation can be very relaxing, and I believe that anybody who is going through stress should try give it a try.
