Sadness wraped it`s arms around me

Getting really stressed with the tons of work i have to do by the 20th. I`ve been getting really depressed lately. Just this random depression that leaves me not wanting to do anything. I just wanna sit in the shower and cry. It`s been to the point now i can`t cry or i am and i can`t feel it. I`m losing my grandma and grandpa after i already lost my dad and other grandpa 2 weeks apart. So now what do i do. I keep pushing everyone away and i don`t mean it. I just keep getting so freakin angry. I`m either getting angry or depressed. I`ll get sad about something and then get mad and blame myself or God. It`s messing up the consintration i need to get my work done for school. Feel a mental break down coming on.

Re: Sadness wraped it`s arms around me

Hi,
Seems like there is a lot of sadness that deals with losing other people you are close to. You say that you keep pushing everyone away but what about family members related to your grand parents? Obviously your loss cannot be shared with others but seeing that you are not alone in this difficult time can make things easier in guiding you to your studies. How about your parents? Are they handling things better?
Hang in there, keep your studies going.

Re: Sadness wraped it`s arms around me

I don`t know anyone but my grandma on my dad`s side and she lives in georgia. I don`t get alone with my mom`s side of the family other then my grandpa and grandma that are both really sick and won`t make it much longer. My mom just quit her job because of my grandparents and she doesn`t talk to me about whats going on.

There isnt much I can say to help. What you can do is accept things as they will fold out. It wont be easy, there will be family members around which you can sit with even if you dont get along. Open up yourself to the extent that you show you care but dont say things that shows your vulnerability. Like be there, just quietly, if they talk and you dont want to listen, go to another room. Whatever happens, you are the most important factor in all this for yourself. Look after yourself, the last thing your mum would require is looking after you in this difficult time.
