is there any ways of solving depression for youth.. because ive been having a hard time... because i broke up with my girlfriend and i felt really bad and i just dont know what to do.. now im just all depressed... anybody have any suggestions?
I think talking to a therapist is one way to resolve your depression. Other ways are to eat healthy foods and exercise regularly. I think the big thing with getting through a depression is staying proactive with your treatment plan and asking for help when you need it.
