too intimidated to express myself
As a child, just seeing older siblings punished left me too intimidated to express myself in many ways. And the stories I heard about mean nuns at my school had me more fearful. I found myself in tears when I was first asking for a raise. Kind of crazy to be so afraid of authority.

OMG I keep forgetting not to post sites. This story is in the news today, about spanking leading to mood disorders and anxiety later in life. make no sense to read my post without knowing what the heck I'm talking about, lol.

Fibromyalgia= foggy brain.
