Mood Support

Is there an over the counter product for Mood Support. I would like to try an all natural product versus medication. The depression is not severe. Thanks.

Hello berkeley3525,

You can try vitamin B,which has been known to help with mood fluctuations.

Hope this helps.

Respectfully

Hello berkeley3525.

There's St. John wart. I don't have any personal experience with it though.

Re: Mood Support

After posting, I came across a product which I just ordered. This product has 16 ingredients that are known for Mood Support which include St. John's Wort, 5HTP, GABA, L-Theanine, Magnesium, Vitamin B6, Valerian and others. At just $12.05 for a 45 day supply it's worth trying.

A Doctor last week suggested I take 50mg of Lamictal. I want to go the all natural route before taking medication. I'm also exercising every day by walking, eating healthier and taking an all natural supplement.

Berkeley3525,

Please make sure your doctor is aware of the ingredients in this daily supplement, prior to you taking it.
You need to make sure that none of the ingredients will effect your system in an adverse way.
Surely,I can't tell you what to do but aren't you better off knowing any potentially harmful effects now, than later?

Respectfully
Phoenix
