Deep depression
 

I am falling into a deep depression and I don't know how to stop it. My treatment team is failing me. I told them that every day past week and they blow me off. I am at my wits end!

My pdoc increased my lamictal to 250mg from 200mg. I hope this helps but I somehow doubt it. Ugh

Any advice?

I'm sorry to hear your depression is worsening. :(

Is there anyone else you could talk to for help, or possibly get a new treatment team altogether? Did your current treatment team ignore you or were they unable to say or do anything helpful for you?
