Re: Viibryd

Had to get some anti-anxiety meds because the anxiety continues...yesterday I was in a terrible state! Am waiting for a referral from my Doctor to a specialist. I'm tired of the roller coaster!

Re: Viibryd

Saw new p doc. She doesn't want me to take the xanax. Has started me on an unconventional treatment with a low dose of Nardil, because I have such weird reactions to the other psych meds and I've never been on an MAO inhibitor. She thinks I might have to take a low dose of that and something else maybe, we will see how it goes. The pharmacy had to order it, so I won't get it until later today. Have been really sick all week- have not been working...hoping for some relief soon.
How have you been doing?

Re: Viibryd

The Nardil is an antidepressant- I feel about the same so far on 30 mgs. Maybe slightly better. Sleep interrupted but I get back to sleep. The doctor plans to add something else, but I'm not sure when. I see her on Friday.

Unhappy Re: Viibryd

Had to go off the Nardil- it made me feel worse. Have to wait 2 weeks before I can take something else because of the type of medication it is. That puts me at mid month.
I am going to go back on effexor which I had success with previously, then I think my Dr is going to add Abilify once I get up to speed on the Effexor.
Have been really sick with thyroid problems and med side effects & difficulties and haven't been working.
