ECT and fatigue
I'm just winding up my ECT treatments for major depression. My depression seems to be subsiding but I am experiencing all the issues mentioned (memory problems but that is improving), balance problems but that too is improving. I am however, so very tired. Has anyone else out there experienced fatigue too. I suppose it could still be part of the depression but would like to know if this is a common side affect. Thank you for responding.

Hello K101 and welcome.

It could be the residual effects of the treatment you just had administered.
The best person to ask at this point would be your physician.They have your medical records and are uniquely qualified to estimate any correlation between the therapeutic measure and your symptoms.
