(Rilutek, Namenda, Ketamine) Hi, I was wondering if anyone has tried any glutamate blockers for depression. After seeing all the news about ketamine for depression it seems like drugs that affect the glutamate system are a new path they are exploring for antidepressants. One I'm interested in the most is Rilutek. It's used for ALS but is sometimes used off-label for depression. I'm asking because I'm taking Lamictal for depression. Thanks in advance!
