Hi Chris, Raisins is grapes and grapes is a no-no for diabetics. So are plumbs. Another thing, make sure you get a decent blood sample without squeezing the finger too hard. You need serum, not cellular fluid that comes by hard squeezing. Now you see the error accumulation. Next time the doc's lab tech does it (they generally use a bayonet and have little mercy) be ready with your unit. I'm sure you'll have plenty of blood left over from her/his poke. Get some urine test strips, and when your sugar is high, check to see if you're passing any thru your kidneys. This is important. If your kidneys are, they can drop a few points of blood sugar in a hurry....it'll be in your bladder. God bless, Oldguy
