Back again! What I've read here does make sense. I need some clarification tho. Exactly how many carb, fats and proteins do I eat a day? Do ALL fats go into the daily fat intake number? How do I figure it each day? Will I gain energy....really? I tried the Adkins thing for 2 weeks once, and was so tired and weak! I do not like to drink water....I shower in it. I've tried to force myself....never lasts. We have well water with a salt conditioner...and that makes drinking it even worse. I hate the thought of buying water.....mine is free! If no sugar or sweetners....WHAT? I enjoy coffee. I can do without the caffiene, but need my java sweet and with creamer! I'll be looking for answers from all of you!!! Thanks for your help.
