If you had a decent amount of rice, and maybe a high-sugar soda that could've raised it to be around there. I'm sure if you check after fasting it will be fine, but don't be lazy to check. It's always better to be safe than sorry. My friend who isn't diabetic had been drinking and urinating alot a few weeks back, so I thought he may have type 1 possibly, so we checked his sugar lvl and it was 177. High for a non-diabetic, but he had just had a few sodas with tons of sugar in it, and he also runs, so that could explain the dehydration. Just check to be safe, always.
