Post diabetes diet for non-diabetics?
Hello

I'm curious, but would there be bad side-effects for a non-diabetic to follow a diabetic diet/meal plan?

And, what are these "Extend bars"? (Do they work for hypoglycemia? Are they hard as bricks? hee...)

No, there would be absolutely no bad side effects from following a diabetic diet. The basic diabetic diet is a healthy one with good food choices and very little junk food.
