You are definitely having abnormal bloodsugar swings. What did you use to measure your bloodsugar? Are you absolutely sure that the readings are accurate? A reading of 39 would result in many people being on the brink of unconciousness. And a random measurement of 180+ would be classified as diabetes by many. If the measurements are accurate, you really do need to get to a doctor and find out what is causing this. It could be insulin resistance, or hyperinsulinemia; although, being underweight with those conditions is rather rare. It could be a multitude of things, or it could just be a matter of the type of foods and drinks you are consuming. If you are eating a high carbohydrate and sugar diet with little if any protein or natural fat, then this could be contributing to your large bloodsugar swings.
