Stoneground Whole Wheat Bread
Can anyone recommend a good stoneground whole wheat bread, preferably one I can get in a grocery store rather than a health food store? I have found a couple that I like but they are not stoneground, which are slower to convert to glucose. I like Milton's Whole Grain (whole wheat) at 90 cal, 16 gm carb and 5 gm fiber. The slices are large, so I can make a sandwich from one-half a slice. Also, Orowheat 100% Whole Wheat Light at 40 cal 18 gm carb and 7 gm fiber. I would really like to find some good stoneground bread though, something chewy.
