Canyondweller Senior Veteran (female) Join Date: Sep 2003 Posts: 780 Hugs: 0 Hugged 1 Time in 1 Post Thanks: 0 Thanked 3 Times in 3 Posts	blood pressure spikes and sugar I have been having some BP spikes that I can feel. They don't last and my BP comes down right away but I can feel it happening. I am considered glucose impaired not a true diabetic. How high would sugar have to get to cause a spike? or would it be different for everyone. AT the moment I don't think my meter is functioning as good as it should. My blood sugar at last check was 150 -170. Would appreciate any info on this.
