Thanks for this... I understand the levels are still low, BUT isn't it unusual to have the 2 hour level higher than the 1 hour??
That is my main concern. I am sure this is unusual. I am also concerned that the 2 hour level has increased by 1.2 in a year when I have worked so hard to be super healthy (I am healthy weight, eat healthy and exercise on a daily basis). If it keeps rising like this, in two years (at the age of 26) it will be in the "impaired glucose tolerance" range. It is just ringing big bells in my head that it's a sign that things have gotten worse in the glucose tolerance area. This freaks me out because there is nothing more I can do to improve things, and when I look at these results I think I am going to be diabetic before I am 30 and there is nothing I can do to stop it.
