Hi,

I am just feeling so exhausted. I have not skipped a dose of Metformin after being on it for over a year. Today I didn't get time to exercise and I feel terrible. I'm so tired, I haven't cooked dinner and my husband just went to get pizza. I just don't even feel like taking my metformin. Just feel too exhausted and want a break, and didn't know where else to vent this.

What's your blood sugar? You could be feeling this way either because you are too low, or too high.

Wonder if some Coenzyne Q 10 would help you especially if you are taking statin medication for cholesterol.I have been taking Metformin for 7 years and have found Co Q 10 good for the exhaustion. I take 200mg per days but you can taken more.Some good info on web to this effect.
