Have recently changed blood glucose monitor from One Touch Ultra to TrackEase and the readings have increased by 25%. Has anyone else experienced this kind of fluctuation with TrackEase?

The industry standard for accuracy is for the machine to be withing 15 - 20% of the actual lab value. So both machines are probably within acceptable limits. What you want to know is how accurate is the individual machine that you are using. The next time you have labs drawn, have the tech give you a drop of blood from the tubing and then use it in your machine. When the lab results arrive, you can compare and see how accurate your machine really is.
