I got approval from my insurance today. They're going to buy me a Paradigm RT w/ Sensor at 100% and 3 months of sensors! Everything is backordered now, but I'm psyched none the less.

Wow, Blondy...CONGRATULATIONS!!! Getting your insurance to pay for the sensor and supplies is a real coup.

My insurance is gonna fight, and fight, and fight... and then pay only 80% after a huge deductible. AND, their "annual limit" will barely cover Sensors, much less than 80% of a modern $5000+ pump.

congrats on having REAL, GOOD insurance coverage come through for you!

That's GREAT news! Will they cover the sensors after you use up the three month's worth? How did you go about trying to get them to cover, if you don't mind my asking?

Anyway, congrats again. I can't wait to hear how you like it when you get it.
