Wow, you've had a lot to deal with, haven't you. While high or too low glucose can cause mood swings, I think that you have so much on your plate - that is probably the cause. Unfortunately, the bottom line is that the only way to know for sure is to measure your glucose. If you have a friend with a meter, you can always ask them to check you, or the next time you are at the doc, get it checked.
