hemoglobin A1C of 6.3
I am 63 weigh 223 and 5-7" tall. BC/BC just turned me down for weight and a hemoglobin A1C of 6.3.

Is this serious? Am I close to be a diaetic?

The HBA1c test is not usually used to diagnose diabetes. But normal is about 4.5%, and anything over 6% is considered diabetic. So, yeah, it is time to start doing something about it ...
