| New Joint Supplement
I am thinking of trying a joint supplement. Many of my friends have used it and give it rave results. I have stayed away from glucosamine/chondroitin supplements because of the possibility of it effecting my blood sugars. But I don't see any glucosamine this supplement. However, it does have something called Glutamine, but it is in such low dosage that I can't see how it would really effect blood sugars.
Below is a list of ingredients. It comes in powder form and you mix it with juice or a yogurt drink. You only take one dose per day. The list shows total milligrams per ingredient and total daily milligrams. Of course, I will check with my doctor before I start taking this supplement, but I wanted to see if anyone else has any first hand experience with any of these ingredients or knows of any problem with any of the ingredients that may effect blood sugars.
