A fasting blood glucose of 126 or above is considered diabetic. 108 could be labeled pre-diabetic if you consistently run over 100 fasting.

The time of day and if you have eaten are the key factors. You didn't mention when you tested.

More information is needed. You should check your blood sugar regularly to determine if you are diabetic or not. Wallis gave you a fasting number. Fasting means upon rising in the morning after a good nights sleep. You can check your blood sugar before you eat to get a number, eat then you can check it one and two hours after eating. This will show you how well your body is handling carbs or other foods. I normally use a two hour after meal reading.
