Cinnamon did nothing for me.
Vinegar tablets are strange for me. This has occurred about 4 times. I try them, the next day my FBG is about 20 points lower and is like this for about 4 or 5 days, then comes back to previous levels. I stop for a few weeks. I try again, it drops 20 points for 4 or 5 days.....Like if my body/liver got used to them after a few days.
My liver seems like the smartest organ in my body and won't allow itself to be tricked.
To answer your question, I take 3 Apple Cider Vinegar tablets at night.
One thing I find strange is the only study I could find on benefits of vinegar was a very short term study (1 week). This was done at the University of Arizona. I wonder why nobody published longer term results. If someone found some, please let me know.
