Does anyone shop at Whole Foods Market? I eat out way too much. I want to start cooking at home and eating healthy. What kind of foods can I eat a lot of if I am really hungry? How many carbs do you have at one meal? What about sugar? Are you more concerned with carbs or sugar?
Think like a cave man. Eating fresh veggies & fruits, the harder to chew, the slower to digest, the better for you. An apple is good while a banana is easily digestable. Celery is great, add some peanut butter for protein & fat to make you feel full.
If you eat a small apple on your way home from work, you will consume less calories at dinner.
