It depends...on exactly HOW high it is, how soon after eating, how long does it remain high.
In general, a non-diabetic's blood sugar levels will never rise above 150, and will usually be way below 140 two hours after eating. A non-diabetic's fasting blood sugar levels will be under 100, and usually more like 80-90.
