What a stupid statement to think I was above denying my illness. But I have done just that, ate without thinking, because I don't feel this illness. Well my BG reading before dinner tonight is 16.1. I have to step up to the plate, as I done when first told I had this...and I have to be smart, not the silly woman I have been the last week or 2.

Anyway I guess I wanted or needed to put my hand up in the air, and say it all out loud.

Well it happens to all of us.

So now, once a week, refresh this thread and tell us how you did. Post your levels, the excercise you did and how much you miss that piece of cheesecake

Soon the snow will be melted and you will be able to start that swimming. I know you know, but excercise is key to this thing.

Thank you, yes I know, icky exercise. My levels this morning were at 10.1. I have eaten well today, and will be going out for a good walk after I am finished working.
