When you are fasting it should be below 100 (5.6 mmol)and 2 hours after the start of the meal it should be below 140 ( 7.8) to be considered "normal".

Are you diabetic? Diagnosed with pre-diabetes? There are lots of educated folks here, so feel free to ask a lot of questions.

What kind of doctor at you seeing that won't give you any help being a diabetic!!!!??? You should be seeing an endocrinologist for this. Time to find someone who cares and can get you educated and supplied with the right medicines and meters you need. This is nothing to fool around with! Are you a T1 or T2? Where do you live? How old are you? You can find things out here and on the web but you need to be seeing a doctor who knows what he's doing and cares about you.

The 7.6 is ok if it's 2 hours after a meal, but not good if it is fasting first thing in the morning. The 10.2 is definitely not that great. You should work on exercising, which can help, as well as cutting out refined carbs from your diet.

Good luck and keep us posted.
