| Re: Please I'm begging you to help me figure out what this is
Itotito gave you some good advice. The fact that this happens after you eat could be indicative of hypoglycemia, which is the opposite of diabetes. In hypoglycemia, the body actually produces too much insulin in response to food, so it uses up the circulating glucose too quickly, leaving you with low blood sugar. The best way to test for this is with a five-hour glucose tolerance test, but you can test at home using a blood glucose meter. When you get that weak, shaky feeling, test immediately. If your blood sugar is much below 70, then it's going too low.
Treatment for hypoglycemia is rather simple...it's just a matter of watching what you eat and following a lower-carbohydrate, higher protein diet, and never eating simple carbs without also eating some protein and a bit of fat. But before you go off searching for hypoglycemic diets, let's make sure that's what this is. Either buy a meter and start testing, or ask your doc to do a glucose tolerance test.
