| Blood sugar levels in non-diabetic person?
I realize that blood sugar levels is best tested after a fast of between 8 to 12hours. This is when you get a more accurate picture of whats going on regarding your glucose function.
QUESTION: During the day when you have eaten and you test your blood sugar levels (beyond 2 hours after eating but less than 5 hours since you last ate) should you still get the same levels as you do after a morning fasting (between 8 to 12 hours) test? As long as those levels are within "normal range" you should be ok?
